PESHAWAR, Jan 12 (APP): In an important step towards good governance in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Interim Attorney General Syed Arshad Hussain Shah on Friday announced the creation of 'Khushar' for real-time monitoring of the provincial government. A digital dashboard has been launched under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa initiative. departments and other public service delivery agencies at departmental and district levels.
The launch ceremony of Khushal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Dashboard was held here at Peshawar Chief Minister's Office, along with caretaker provincial minister Syed Masood Shah, lawyer Feroz Jamal Shah Kakaker, lawyer Ahmed Rasool Bangash, and legal secretary. As detailed, the performance of provincial departments, district administrations and police stations will be evaluated daily through the Khushal Khyber Pakhtunkhwa dashboard, along with live monitoring of public service delivery centers in the province.
Additionally, keeping in mind the public service delivery of government agencies, 27 Key Performance Indicators (KPIS) including sealed kewarts, delimitation cases, pending mutation cases, revenue collection and recovery of state land have been identified in the district. For public administration, on the other hand, nine KPIS have been identified for administrative agencies. Police are identifying drug dealers, street crime, murders and thefts.
Additionally, in the first phase, KPIs for various state departments including Health, Home and Tribal Affairs, Excise and Drug Control, Local Government, Energy and Power, Livestock and Dairy Development, Mines and Minerals, Relief and Rehabilitation, and Public Health was also identified. engineering.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Interim Prime Minister commended the efforts of the Ministers, Secretaries and their entire teams in materializing this flagship project in an effective and timely manner.
He touched on the major initiatives being taken under the Khushar Khyber Pakhunkhwa Programme, including zero-tolerance against corruption, maintenance of law and order, good governance, improved public service delivery and human resource export.
